My stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Phoenix-Gilbert was mixed. the location was great for visiting family and I appreciated the shuttle service. However, I encountered issues with room cleanliness and some amenities that needed attention. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was a good value and the friendly staff made me feel welcome.
